Sunday Tournament Dates:

August 30

• Time: 9am - 12pm noon.
• USCF Rated Quads: 3 Rounds, G/45; delay 5 sec.
• Chess Clocks and Chess Notation: Required except for ages 5, 6, or 7 year olds.
• USCF Membership: Required prior to the start of the tournament.
• Entry Fee: $25 if by Thursday midnight week of tournament. $35 on Friday or after.
• Pairing of Players: Registered players will be listed from highest USCF rating on down. The top 4 will be in quad 1, the next 4 highest rated in quad 2, etc. Trophies are awarded to 1st and 2nd place in each quad.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds are paid as long as cancellation is before midnight on Friday evening. There is a $10 processing fee. No refunds are offered if cancellation is requested on Saturday or Sunday.
