Format:

• 3 Sections: Over 1000, Under 1000, Under 500 & UNR
• Rating: USCF Rated only.
• Time Control: G/45; inc 5
• Rounds: 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm
• Awards: Top 3 In Each Section
• Entry Fee: $30 by 10/30/26, $35 by 11/30, $45 by 12/20, $60 on December 21 or after.
• USCF Membership: required for all sections. All USCF rules apply.
• 1/2 point Byes: (Meaning: You are not able to play in that round due to another conflict. Ex: Your son/daughter has a baseball game to play in.): 1 available
• Official Tournament Rating: Your rating as of December midnight PST will be the official ratings used.




Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are given if requested by December 21. There is a $10 admin fee charged per tournament. Please allow 5-10 days for processing. There are no refunds on December 22 or after. Withdrawals: If you wish to withdraw from a tournament, please contact a tournament director and inform him/her of your decision to not continue participating in the tournament. Thank you.
