USCF Top 100 Rating Lists Tournament

(*This is the one tournament in this World Chess Festival - Disneyland that has an eligibility requirement to it. All other tournaments are open to everyone.*)
Format:
Eligibility: If your child has achieved a rating that placed(s) him/her in a top 100 List for "By Age" or "Women and Girls By Age" and his/her name appears/published by the USCF onto this Top 100 List, he/she is eligible to register and compete.
- All Online, Blitz, and Quick Lists do not qualify. Next, As long as your child was on one of the above 2 lists in any month between December 1, 2023 and October 23, 2026, he/she qualifies. At registration, you will be asked to write in the list you were/are on. We will confirm and add you to the Advanced Entries once it is confirmed.
- Age Determination: If you are between the ages of 5-20 as of January 1, 2026, this qualifies you for our age requirement.
-Grouping of Players: All players will be listed from highest USCF rating to lowest and then placed in groups of 4 (Quad format). Groups are formed on Wednesday, October 21.
- Rounds & Round Times: 3 Round RR, 9am, 12:30pm, 4pm
- Entry: Free if you register for the Youth Championship (paid) or Adult Open (paid) within the same registration. Otherwise, $50/player.
- Memberships Req'd:
1. USCF Membership
2. FIDE ID if playing in a quad with players rated over 1400 USCF.
