Format:

• Sections & Rounds: Hexes: Groups of 6 where each player plays 2 games against all others in their Hex for a total of 10 games each.
• Official Rating Used: Higher of your USCF regular or Blitz rating will be used. This rating will be based on your ratings as of October 20, 2026. Other ratings may be used at TD's discretion.
• Time Control: G/3; inc 2.
• Prizes: 1st Place: $60 2nd Place: $30 each hex.
• Entry Fee: $25 by 9/1/26, $30 by 10/1/26, $40 by 10/20/26, $55 on 10/21/26 or after.
• Late Registration: After 7:00pm on October 24, 2026.
• Membership: USCF membership required for all players. You may join onsite. Players will not be allowed to compete in round 1 without a valid membership.
• Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are given if requested by October 14. There is a $10 admin fee charged per tournament. On October 15 or after, there are no refunds. Please allow 5-10 days for processing. Withdrawals: If you wish to withdraw from a tournament, please contact a tournament director and inform him/her of your decision to not continue participating in the tournament. Thank you.
