• Time: We begin at 9am. The tournament will not finish before 12noon. If your child has not completed all 3 games against the other 3 in his/her quad by 12pm (noon), pickup will be once he/has finished these 3 games. Please follow the progress at www.swisssys.com. If, by chance, all 3 games are completed before 12noon, I will have them play a 4th game and trophies will be based off of the 4 games instead of the 3.
• USCF Rated: 3 Rounds, G/45; delay 5 sec.
• Chess Clocks and Chess Notation: Required except for ages 5, 6, or 7 year olds.
• USCF Membership: Required prior to the start of the tournament.
• Entry Fee: $30 if by Thursday midnight week of tournament. $40 on Friday or after.
• Pairing of Players: Registered players will be listed from highest USCF rating on down. The top 4 will be in quad 1, the next 4 highest rated in quad 2, etc. Trophies are awarded to 1st and 2nd place in each quad.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds are paid as long as cancellation is before midnight on Friday evening. There is a $10 processing fee. No refunds are offered if cancellation is requested on Saturday or Sunday.
