Format:

1. 3 Sections: Under 1200, Under 800, Under 400 & UNR
2. Time Control: G/45; delay 5
3. Rounds: 9am, 10:45am, 1:45pm, 3:30pm
4. Awards: Top 4 In Each Section + Class Prizes of Top Under 1000 (For Under 1200 section), Top Under 600 (For Under 800 section),
   Top Under 200 (For Under 400 section)
5. Entry Fee:
   1. One Tournament: $35 by August 31, $45 September 1 - December 15, $50 on December 16 or after. Siblings (with the same mother and/or father) receive $15 off each additional entry.
      
   2. Two Tournaments: $67 by August 31, $85 from September 1 - December 15, $95 on December 9 or after.
      
   3. Three Tournaments: $95 by August 31, $123 from September 1 - December 15, $135 on December 16 or after.
      
6. Membership: USCF membership required for all sections. All USCF rules apply.
7. 1/2 point Byes: (Meaning: You are not able to play in that round due to another conflict. Ex: Your son/daughter has a baseball game to play in.): 1 available each day.
8. Tournament Official Ratings: Ratings on 12/25/24 midnight PST will be official ratings used for all three tournaments.
9. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds will be given until round 1 starts on each tournament. There is a $10 service charge for each tournament. Please allow 5 business days to process (or 10 as we get closer to the tournament).



10. You may play in the scholastic tournament on Saturday December 28 and also compete in the Main Event ($5,000 prize fund) 2 Day Schedule on Sunday and Monday.
