Format:

• 2 Sections: Open, Under 1200
• Time Control: G/3; inc 2. 5 round double swiss. This means you play 1 game as white and 1 game as black against each opponent for a total of 10 games. There is no elimination.
• Awards: Top 6 players in each section.
• Entry Fee: $35 by May 10, $40 from May 11-June 30, $50 on July 1 or after.
• Membership: USCF membership required for all playes. You may join onsite. Players will not be allowed to compete in round 1 without a valid membership.
• 1/2 point Byes: (Meaning: You are not able to play in that round due to another conflict. Ex: Your son/daughter has a baseball game to play in.): 1 available
• Rating Placement:Your highest rating between regular and blitz will be used for placement in section. Ratings as of July 8, 2024 midnight EST will be official ratings used. The decision of the chief tournament director regarding eligibility, rating adjustments, unofficial ratings, or similar issues is final.
